After doing a lot of research, I'm 99% certain the following Korean, Thai, and Chinese publications are official. I have added photos/info to gingamerch.com/

KOREAN:
- 2001 GNG (3rd edition covers)
- 2000 GDW
- 2009 GDWO (first 5 volumes only)
- GNG VHS 1987/90s (uncut, dubbed, 2 releases)
- GNG DVD 2008 (uncut, dubbed)
There are quite a few bootlegs out there of the manga from the 80s and 90s, but I'm happy to see that starting in 2000 Korea began publishing the mangas officially!

THAI:
- 1993 Byakuren no Fang
Thailand still has quite a big bootleg market. Almost every Yoshihiro Takahashi work has been published as a Thai bootleg (mostly by company "New Project"), but BnF was the only one I found by a legit publisher.

CHINESE:
- 1999 GNG
- 2003 GDW
I completely understand why these manga releases were questionable, since the publication company (Tong Li Comics) used to sell bootlegs. However in 1992, they switched to doing only legal publications.

Also, if you are curious about what is in each edition of the mangas or animes, I put together some charts!
